i have already used a rennie but the pain is awful and i dont want to make a trek to the shop and back! home remedies please!

    This is going to sound crazy, but it works! Just get in the shower and let warm water flow all over your diaphragm area. Stay under the shower’s flow until the pain is gone.

    it may be time to see a GI.doctor. you may need to have an Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (Upper Endoscopy) test done . you will need to ask your doctor about this. 1st they will talk to you to determine if you need to have this done and the they will give you an appointment for the operation. you can ask your doctor for all of the info.
